This is china. China is protected by its Guardians, just like Japan. The Guardians, however, are much weaker and in less quantity. They want to live in peace, but they are only slaves to the Chinese. Because of this, there is a large rate of escapes in the cities near the border of China. They flee to Japan or the city of Screaming Souls, most of the time. Other times, they are captured and forced to fight until they die.

You are allowed to be a civilian or Slave/Guardian in this area. Escapee rate of capture is low.
